Cuvée Prestige

Red Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

The vineyards chosen for the making of this wine are carefully selected and harvested at optimum ripeness. Choosing a longer maceration allows us to extract all compounds bringing structure and consistency. This wine is aged for twelve months in oak barrels, 30% new oak to add more complexity while having a very good balance.

Cuvée Petit Port

Red Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

The « Cuvée Petit Port » is a special selection of merlot. The vines are located on a soil composed of clay and lime. We are looking for a good ripeness of the grapes, and after the harvest, we plunge the skin in the must. Thus, we extract with this sweet process, black fruits and violet aromas. The aging in stainless steel tank allow us to keep a good balance between the fruit and the fine tannins of this red wine.

Cuvée “Traditionnel”

Red Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

The vines have been chosen to give a fruity and pleasant wine together with full-body and structure. After picking, the grapes are processed using extraction techniques adapted to suit the vintage and the particularities of this wine. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for twelve months to preserve the fruity character of the wine.

Cuvée « Les Rescapés » Literally The Survivors

This wine is a blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Merlot. We created this wine after the spring frost of the 5th May 2019 which destroyed 75% of our harvest. It’s a way for us to keep hope, even if the spring frost hit our vineyard since 2016.
That’s a selection of some parts of plots where the buds had no damages and very good grapes.

This wine is surprising, the nose is very spicy (pepper) and a very dark colour. The mouse is round, typical of the Château Les Pâques wines with a lot of very good tannins.

Délice des Pâques

White Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

This wine is fermented in new oak barrels. It is then aged on fine lees in French oak barrels with regular stirring (bâtonnage). ThusDélice des Pâques has a roundness and subtlety on the palate.

Château Les Pâques

White Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

After a short maceration, this Sauvignon Blanc is vinified, in an air-free environment, to maintain its pale yellow colour and an explosion of fruit on the palate. This wine is aged on the lees for four months with regular stirring (bâtonnage) in order to gain its full body and roundness.

Château Les Pâques

 “Rosé” Bordeaux

The colour that we are looking for with this rosé is obtained by the maceration time. The wine making takes place in an air-free environment to prevent the oxidation of the colour and the aromas. The wine is on fine lees for four months to bring a roundness and a sweetness to the palate.
